Sales Manager/ BDM

Due to exceptional and ongoing demand for our popular web content management system (CMS), we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. Squiz is well-known within the Australian CMS market, and is recognised as being a leader in our field. Squiz services a range of medium to large organisations within the private and government sectors, nationally and overseas.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic person interested in working with a talented, passionate and experienced team, generating new business and establishing long-term business relationships to ensure continued growth.

To take advantage of this opportunity, you will need:

  • The ability to manage IT solution selling and lead qualification
  • Experienced leader - have manged teams of 2 or more
  • The ability to cold call, build account and business development plans
  • Experience in developing strong customer relationships
  • Sales pipeline management experience
  • Strong skills in proposal development, and preparation of quotes.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • A good understanding of how web technology impacts businesses.
  • Practical technical experience and an understanding of content management systems would be extremely valuable
  • The ability to travel interstate. 
  • Experience in the CMS industry would be beneficial but not essential

You must have a proven track record of successfully identifying and developing business relationships within the IT sector, and excellent customer service skills.
