We are currently looking to add a Digital Strategy Consultant to our team, to help customers achieve their business and digital objectives by leveraging modern software capabilities and digital best practices. This role requires a combination of creative, strategic and analytical skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and define web solutions, recommendations and roadmaps for customers who are typically heads of digital, IT or web managers within large organisations.
The ideal candidate will have prior digital strategy, web agency or consulting experience in a similar role. You will have exceptional communication, relationship management and commercial skillsets with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for Squiz and our customers.
You will manage a portfolio of clients exisiting and new where the focus will be growth.

About the role:
As a Digital Strategy Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Understanding and prioritising customer needs and pain points in relation to digital experience design, delivery and management
- Designing, planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement and discovery workshops
- Transforming big ambitions into clearly articulated and actionable roadmaps and presentations
- Identifying opportunities to leverage the Squiz Digital Experience Platform (DXP) capabilities (e.g AB testing, personalisation, portals, forms and data capture) and other tools within the customer’s wider ecosystem to improve their digital experiences

Squiz DXP (Digital Experience Platform) is a software solution that helps businesses to create and manage digital experiences for their customers. As a Software Engineer for the Search core product team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a world-class search engine product using best practices and techniques. The core team is currently undertaking significant enhancements to the core search engine, with a focus on cutting edge technologies such as AI/LLM integration.

We're seeking a number of Senior Software Engineers to join our product engineering team on a permanent basis, with a focus on improving the Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability across the entire DXP. This role would best suit a current senior software engineer with team lead experience.
Ideally someone who has recent experience with implementing/integrating Large Language Models (LLM) and associated technologies into SaaS based products or a keen interest in AI.

We are currently looking to add an Account Director / Digital Consultant to our sales team. The Account Director / Digital Consultant will be responsible for new and growing an existing portfolio of enterprise customers by acting as a trusted digital advisor. This role requires a combination of B2B sales and solution consulting skills to identify opportunities and recommend digital solutions leveraging the Squiz DXP technology stack.
About the role:
As an Account Director / Digital Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients and new leads
- Uncovering business problems and providing insights and recommendations underpinned by the Squiz DXP technology stack
- Building credibility and trust to influence buying decisions
- Providing advice and guidance to customers regarding their website strategy and digital best practice
- Understanding the way your customers businesses operates, and the priorities that influence decision making at director and executive director level
- Creating engaging pitch decks, proposals, business cases and budget estimates to recommend solutions
- Selling on value and return on investment vs technical functionality alone
- Identifying the resources, activities and technologies required to implement solutions
- Directing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes
The ideal candidate will have an agency or consulting background, know what separates a good digital experience from a great one, and is able to engage operational and executive stakeholders to gain consensus and buy in.
For this role, we ask that you have the following experience and traits:
- 2 - 5 years full sales cycle experience for complex B2B solutions
- Experience managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts
- Proven track record of success selling digital solutions (websites, portals, intranets, apps)
- Previous consulting or digital advisory-related experience: consulting, design or digital agency
- Experience working with government, higher education, telcos, financial services and utilities industries.
- Ability to surface and challenge objections, providing customers with new insights tailored to their specific scenario
- Proficient at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills (proficient in creating visually engaging PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations)
