Here's a number for you: 6,150. That's how many Squiz e-learning courses our customers completed this year. And how about this one...130+? That’s the number of major project go-lives we celebrated. 300+ product improvements. 22 partners... we could throw numbers at you all day.
But numbers only tell part of the story. Behind them are the devs building tools that customers want and love, the support teams who know your websites like their own, and the partnerships turning bold ideas into brilliant experiences.
So, while we're proud of our numbers, we're even prouder of the people who dedicate their unwavering passion to delivering the best outcomes for our customers, and theirs.
Let’s break down everything that made 2024 at Squiz so special.
We weren't kidding about those 300+ improvements.
Let’s start with our Experience Monitoring capability, which now lets you track performance across all your domains, spotting potential issues before they impact users.
Form management got a serious upgrade with better access control and simplified third-party data sync.
The component library grew too, with five new out-of-the-box elements – dialogue models, images, link lists, pull quotes, and feature sections – all designed to work seamlessly with your design system.
Plus, AI joined the party: 24/7 chatbot support, AI-powered content creation in our Page Builder, and search that gets smarter with every query through automated synonym updates. Clever.
We also added static site searching, Bynder DAM integration, and mutually exclusive segments for better targeting.
Keep a pulse on your DXP with usage metrics now visible directly in your console – see your spending at a glance, with no more end-of-contract surprises!
Round that out with enhanced security certifications (hello SOC2 and ISO 27001) and the ability to schedule events across your digital platforms – that’s your user interactions, system changes, content creation, and more – and you've got yourself quite a year of updates.

Gilbert + Tobin went from "it'll take weeks to do that" to "done in minutes" with their new site on Squiz DXP. We moved 2,600+ pages, built 50+ custom components, and proved that law firm websites don't have to be boring. The best part? We got them up and running in just four months.
Speaking of speed, the University of Melbourne's Pursuit site put our Component Services through its paces. Twenty years after first working with us, we’re still collaborating on big and truly innovative experiences – this time saw us migrating 3,400 articles and 3,000 profiles, and creating new components to deliver a rich and engaging end experience for visitors to the new site.
Over in the UK, we got a leading football club’s search game back into the premier league. Their fans can now find everything from match highlights to merchandise in one place, with smart analytics helping the club understand what their supporters are really looking for.
And because we love a government transformation story, Queensland Health tackled a massive digital transformation, turning their sprawling network of 100+ websites into a streamlined powerhouse. The result? Faster builds, serious cost savings, and websites that actually work for their users.

You know what's better than talking about security? Actually doing something about it. This year we rolled out GitLab code scanning to catch vulnerabilities before they go live and deployed SentinelOne for state-of-the-art threat detection and response. We achieved SOC 2 Type 1, and we’re on the journey for SOC 2 Type 2. Oh, and we aced our ISO 27001 audit with zero findings.
Come 2025, we're launching the Squiz Trust Centre – your one-stop shop for security certificates, compliance docs, and real-time monitoring of our security controls. Texas agencies, keep an eye out – we're working on TX-RAMP certification to serve you better.
Our Squiz Academy was buzzing this year. We dropped 27 new learning materials, gave 78 existing courses a fresh coat of paint, and watched thousands of customer level up their skills. The crowd favorites?
But that's not all – our Help Center became the go-to knowledge hub. How many? Try 8,902 unique users diving into 412,000 pages of tutorials, guides, and release notes. Phew!
Remember when we said we'd continue to improve our support offering?
Well, we smashed it: 10% fewer support cases and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating. Critical incidents dropped by 63%, too, which meant a whole lot more sleep for everyone.
Late this year, we also revamped how support tickets work, bringing it all into one central resource, the My Squiz hub, and offering better security, real-time updates, and improved ticket tracking.
Spoiler alert: the improvements are going to keep on coming in 2025 – keep an eye out for even smoother workflows and automation.
We said we wanted to grow our partner network, and we meant it.
This year we more than doubled them (110% growth if you're counting), bringing 22 new partners into the fold.
Global players like Xcentium joined us, along with regional powerhouses – Konabos in the US, Herd Consulting in EMEA, and Deepend Group in ANZ.
Our partners bring deep expertise across industries and regions, helping customers get even more from their Squiz DXP. Whether it's a whole new site design or complex migration, you now have a bigger network of experts ready to make it happen.

2024 was the year we jumped into podcasting with "Take a Closer Look" – our digital leaders' series that gets real about transformation, tech, and what happens when digital projects go sideways.

We hit the road hard in 2024, showing up at 54 events across three continents. From conference keynotes to hands-on meetups, we spread the digital experience gospel far and wide.
ANZ kept us busy with 18 events, including 4 speaking slots and 3 community meetups. EMEA brought the conference energy with 16 events (and we spoke at 3 of them). Meanwhile, our AMERS team knocked out 20 events, including 4 buzzing meetups in cities from Minneapolis to Seattle.
The best part? The monthly drop-in demos we ran throughout the year, letting teams across every timezone get hands-on with the latest DXP features.

This year, we ran – drum roll – 168 Deep Dive workshops globally. What's a Deep Dive? It's a chance for our strategy experts to help your teams turn ambitious goals into detailed, strategic plans. We spend anywhere from two hours to several days mapping out your digital transformation journey with you.
Then comes the success plan - a clear roadmap of short, medium, and long-term actions that work with whatever tech you've got.
