Roadmap update

[July 2024]

Mei Koon, Chief Marketing Officer, and Julie Brettle, Chief Product Officer, discussed how Squiz embraced Artificial Intelligence (AI) while ensuring governance, security, and control.

They delved into the latest trends around AI and how they plan to incorporate AI into the core DXP capabilities, such as improving search accuracy, automating tasks with chatbots and agents, and automating content creation.

Experience monitoring, outcome optimization, and seamless third-party DAM integrations were
highlighted as part of their deliverables.

What we have delivered

[January - July 2024]

Optimize your sites' performance

Maximize the speed and performance of your websites with Squiz's Experience Monitoring. Get insights into the overall performance of your websites across all domains and analyze individual pages in detail. Identify the reasons for underperformance, such as slow page load times, ineffective cache, and errors. Make necessary improvements to enhance the customer online experience and track progress using the Squiz DXP console.

Increased team efficiency and security with single sign-on (SSO)

Integrate with your preferred Identity Provider (IdP) and simplify your team's experience with Single Sign-On (SSO). Use a single set of credentials, such as your work email, to access multiple tools, capabilities, and services in the DXP, while strengthening security. This integration enables automatic authentication across multiple applications, improving access control, compliance, and role management. It enhances the user experience and reduces password fatigue.

Manage your forms and their data easier

Various enhancements have been introduced to improve form management, provide better security, streamline integration processes, and enhance accessibility.

  • Improved access control: Admins can view all forms and submission data, while Developers, Content Editors, and Site Builders can edit forms without accessing submission data, boosting security and efficiency.
  • Design System Integration: Seamlessly integrate with your design system for brand consistency and easy form style updates.
  • Simplified Data Integration: Effortlessly sync data with third-party platforms using real-time notifications and  customized workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Accessibility Improvements: Editors can add and customize field error messages, providing details for increased accessibility.
