What we have delivered

[July - December 2024]

Provide 24/7 support to customers with AI-powered chatbots (Beta)

Add a chatbot to your website to answer customer questions and resolve inquiries through alternative communication channels. Respond in a natural, conversational style, drawing from relevant content on your website. This will enhance customer interaction and lessen the workload on frontline staff when addressing queries.

Early adopters can try the AI-powered chatbot now. Simply reach out to your account manager or send us an email at ask@squiz.net.

Instantly improve page copy with AI-powered content creation

Squiz DXP’s Visual Page Builder now includes an AI prompt tool to improve your web copy. The tool helps align your copy with your brand messaging, refines drafts, suggests variants for personalization and testing, adjusts content length, and enhances readability.

Boost content editor efficiency with inline editing in the Visual Page Builder (Beta)

The next generation of the Visual Page Builder features an inline editing interface that makes it even easier for non-technical users to build and update beautiful pages efficiently. Content editors simply drag and drop pre-built components, then edit content directly on the page while seeing exactly how it will appear to visitors. Visualize, arrange elements, and toggle between content variations (like personalization and A/B testing) – all without having to switch between different tools and interfaces.

Optimize user journeys with new User Journey Mapping (Beta)

User Journey Mapping helps you understand how visitors navigate your website. You can map out key user journeys—such as registration flows or appointment booking journeys—then track how users actually interact with these journeys, from start to finish. With real-time insights on key drop-off points, page duration, and device impact, you'll have the information you need to streamline important journeys, boost conversions, and ensure your website helps users accomplish what they came to do.

User Journey Mapping has completed beta testing and will automatically be available to all customers on Squiz SaaS DXP in March 2025.
